Data processed

The website does not collect visitors’ personal data: there are no forms, registrations or comments, and no tracking or profiling tools are used.

The only data processed are technical logs (IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser type) generated by the servers of the hosting provider, Netlify, to keep the site working and secure (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The provider keeps these logs for the periods set by its services.

If you write to the email addresses shown on the site, the data you provide is used solely to reply to your request.

Cookies

The website does not use tracking or profiling cookies, whether first-party or third-party, and therefore does not display a banner. If you use the language switcher, your preference is saved in your browser (local storage) and is not sent to any server.

Data subject rights

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing, by writing to privacy [at] olvers.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
